Thank You ~ Happy New Year!!!

How in the world can I begin to express my appreciation to all my family, friends, and customers for a wonderful beginning for Wolf Run Marketing?  Thanks?  This is such a small word to try to convey my appreciation for the support from my family and friends but I do say “Thanks”!!  

 This has been an eventful year for a lot of reasons but most importantly I’ve found confidence in myself that I didn’t know I had.  I’ve reconnected with family that brings comfort to my heart.  I’ve experienced personal and professional challenges but I’ve found it to be extremely rewarding year and I’m excited about the business growth and relationships developed.  I’ve obtained my WBE city and state certification which I only hope to grow in ’11. 

Recently, I had a client ask me how many overall customers I had and I, of course, told him that I could always use more business, not sure where the conversation was going.  He then offered me the most wonderful compliment by  explaining that he asked because my dedication and level of service made him feel like he was my only client.  WOW!  I can’t begin to tell him how proud that makes me.  This is what I strive for, to make sure each and every customer as well as potential customer feels special.  To make sure they have confidence that I will always strive to make sure they are kept abreast of new ideas and upcoming sales as well as progress of their order no matter what the value. 

When I worked in the corporate world I learned that this was giving Raving Fan service and offering 110% effort to each and every customer both internal and external.  It’s served me well and I thank Don Ginder, Retired HR Vice President from Delta Faucet for his years of training!!

So… Thank You to all my wonderful customers and friends for a great 2010 and I’m looking forward to working with you again in 2011.  Let me know how I can be of service and I’ll talk to you soon.  Be safe and have a very  HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
